These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grasp Monster platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are available through subscription plans or prepaid credit purchases. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Credits and Usage

Each plan includes a set allocation of credits (tokens, images, characters, minutes). Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle for subscription plans. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan. Prepaid credits do not expire.

4. AI-Generated Content

You own the content you generate using our AI tools, subject to these Terms. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose. You should review all generated content before use.

You agree not to represent AI-generated content as human-created where such representation would be deceptive or violate applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of others. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Grasp Monster platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Grasp Monster. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Grasp Monster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance.
