We want you to be satisfied with Grasp Monster. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Subscription Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Renewal charges are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
2. Prepaid Credit Refunds
Prepaid credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits have been consumed, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@graspmonster.com with your account email and order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests, excessive usage before requesting a refund, or violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time in a billing period.
