You may not use Grasp Monster to generate content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, phishing attempts, or malicious code
- Impersonates another person or entity
- Spreads misinformation or disinformation intended to cause harm
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or credit restrictions
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract content from the platform
- Resell or redistribute platform access without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the platform to build competing products
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Overload the platform with excessive API requests beyond your plan limits
3. AI-Specific Guidelines
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. You must not use AI-generated content in ways that could be harmful, misleading, or deceptive. You should disclose the use of AI where required by law or industry standards.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
